Willis wanted to equip their people, all over the world, with consistent on-brand advertising which was nevertheless relevant to the concerns of the local office. We wrote a series of 'fill the gaps' ads to be stored on the intranet, then adapted as required, using locally sourced photography and quotes relevant to the local market.
