City recruitment consultants Goodman Masson were rebranding under the core idea 'Our knowledge, your potential'. The internal 'bible' aimed to engage and enthuse a predominantly young and traditionally footloose workforce of consultants. Against an industry norm of commodity number-crunching, GM set out a clear, differentiated positioning: superior knowledge, more value added.
