It takes different kinds of writing to
achieve different kinds of objective.
When we're asked to write vision statements, we write things like:
It’s about people..... .......it’s about warm smiles, cold white wine, and chips that go ‘crunch!’ when you bite them. It’s about feeling welcome when you arrive, at home while you’re here, and pleasantly surprised when it’s time to settle up..... .......it’s about saying ‘welcome’ and meaning it; seeing what’s needed and offering it. It’s about the little extra touch that you add just for them, that they’ll remember for years..... ........it’s about feeling at home in a home from home - and that’s about people, and that means you.
