We're including this stuff under the catch-all heading of 'consultancy' - most of it's for management consultants, which I guess is as good a reason as any. It's now something like seven years since we wrote our first TQM book - for PA Consulting. Since then, we've written books, papers and brochures on topics ranging from customer-focus to brands, and undertaken 'consultancy' projects for clients from HP to BT.
