There should be a time plan for people who just want to talk, without worrying about the bill. Now there is: Precept Daytime – free local daytime calls whenever you want for as long as you want. And that means savings of up to 90% over standard One 2 One international rates. - Calls to the USA, for example, at just 10p per minute.

Priority line
Precept introduces a new service that lets you prioritise calls. In addition to your main line, you get a second priority line number - give it only to selected contacts, and they'll be able to get through to you even when you're sending calls on your main line number to voicemail.

Free business voicemail
Businesses in particular often need to store more messages for longer. With Precept business voicemail storing up to 30 messages of up to 3 minutes each for up to 21 days, you shouldn't ever miss a message through capacity constraints.

Next day courier handset replacement
If your phone develops a fault that's covered by warranty, just contact Customer Services before 4pm any day (other than a bank holiday), and we'll get a replacement to you, anywhere in Great Britain, within 24 hours.

Rollover allowance. You didn’t use it? You’ve still got it! With Precept, if you don’t use your full free call allowance, the leftover minutes are carried over to the following month (up to your total monthly allowance).

International roaming(5). Keep in touch abroad. Just ask in store to be enabled for international roaming: it costs nothing to subscribe, and call charges just go on your usual bill. You can roam in countries which now cover 85% of British travellers’ destinations.

International option. Big discounts on international calls International option (usually £2.50 a month) is free with Precept, giving savings of up to 90% on standard One 2 One rates – USA for just 10p a minute, for example

Text messaging. Get it right – exactly right. With a compatible handset, you can send and receive brief text messages between standard One 2 One and Precept numbers. No extra equipment is needed. This can be very useful if it’s vital to get an important detail such as an address or code number exactly right.

Fax & data. Stay in touch on the move Send faxes, connect to email and access the Internet through your mobile, with a data-compatible phone, a PC card and/or appropriate software and a computer or personal organizer with a PC card and/or appropriate connection lead.

Call control. With caller display, call divert, call waiting and call barring (if you want it), you have total at-your-fingertips call control.

One 2 One has developed Precept for people who depend on their mobile - but that covers a wide range of people. So we’ve built special services to meet your specialist requirements - you put together your package, paying only for the extras you really need. Options you can choose are:

Fax & data plus. This enhanced service lets you do everything you can with standard fax & data (access the net, send and receive emails, send faxes - for full details, see page x) and also receive fax and data calls. A one-off connection charge of £35 will be levied for the service.

Freephone 0800 number. Whether your customers reach you direct or get your voicemail or secretary, they can get to you - free. And research shows they know it - 80% of people recognise that ‘0800' means ‘free!’ Connection costs £58.75, the monthly rental charge is £8.81 a month and charges for receiving calls start at 10p a minute. Call 0800 956 2120, or 121 from your handset, and say you want a freephone number, we can have you up and running within 48 hours, subject to status.

Information services. To get the latest sports news, travel information, the latest on leisure or the FTSE 100 share prices. Dial 2000 free from your handset to find out more about these services.

Insurance. A phone is stolen every 3 minutes in the UK, and with a replacement costing often ten times the original price or more, £3.99 a month is a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Businesses in particular often need more than one phone. Our multiple phone package, One 2 One Partners, lets you combine two, three or any number of mobile phone numbers on one account, with one itemised bill. Again, flexibility is key: we’ve created the service; you create your service.
